In order to accelerate the modernization of our city's rural governance system and governance capacity, further consolidate the grassroots foundation of rural revitalization, and strive to cultivate a group of rural governance backbones, from August 4, 2024 to August 8, 2024, the special training course for new agricultural business entities in the county-level teaching class of the "Cultivator Revitalization Plan" of Shandong Province in Junan County, Linyi City, was successfully launched at Jinsheng Grain and Oil Group. Chen Jie, a third-level researcher of the Rural Cooperative Economy Guidance Division of the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Pu Biwen, vice president of Shandong Agricultural Radio and Television School, Leng Peng, vice president of Linyi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and leaders from Junan County and Tancheng County attended the opening ceremony, and 60 trainees from Tancheng County, Linyi City participated in the study.
Chen Jie, a third-level researcher of the Rural Cooperative Economy Guidance Division of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, made an important speech, profoundly expounding the importance of the special training work of new business entities in the "Cultivator Revitalization Plan", and gave a detailed interpretation of the training plan, overall ideas and training goals. Vice President Pu Biwen put forward several requirements for the trainees: first, abide by discipline and strengthen management; second, unite and help each other and make friends widely; third, set high goals and serve the society. She hopes that everyone can make full use of this training opportunity to improve their comprehensive personal quality and professional ability, and play a role in mentoring and helping others after returning, and contribute to rural revitalization.
This training is based on the actual situation in southern Shandong, with one theme, stable production and supply of grain and oil; two main lines, fully supporting the stable and safe supply of grain, oil and important agricultural products and fully supporting the key work of improving quality and literacy. The main content will focus on courses such as key technologies for improving the yield of wheat and corn in one year, new agricultural productivity, and action plan models for improving the yield of wheat and corn. It also includes lectures on the high-quality development of farmers' cooperatives and family farms, and theoretical and policy topics on accelerating the high-quality development of new agricultural operators, centralized teaching case analysis, and on-site research. Policy theory will be integrated into case teaching. Through learning and interpreting agricultural policies for the development of new operators, thematic discussions, teaching cases, and learning results roadshows, combined with local actual conditions, starting from the key and difficult issues in the development path of cooperatives and the most concerned, urgent, and realistic issues of the masses, the participants will be guided to sincerely recognize the entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities of new agricultural operators and develop into leaders in the rural revitalization industry.
